- Start by creating your first workout by clicking on “Create a new workout”.
- Enter a name and save
- Click on your newly created drive
- To add a video to your training, click on the “Add a video” button.
- The video is inserted directly into your workout.
- You can then add other videos using the same method.
- All selected videos are displayed one below the other in the order in which they were added.
- To start playing your customized workout, click on the “Play” button at the top of the page. The videos will follow each other automatically, without any intervention on your part.
- Now you can enjoy your personalized training!
- For safety reasons, the maximum duration of a training session is 120 minutes.
- A good session always begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down.
- The duration of an effective session depends on your level of fitness. First adapt the difficulty (easy/medium/hard), then the duration of your workout.
- We advise you to work progressively to adapt your body to physical effort.
- The average lesson lasts 45 minutes.
- The length of a session can also depend on the time you have available and the level of intensity you want to deliver in your workout.
