How can I organize my aquagym, aquabiking or cool&pilates session online?
For optimum aquabike or aquagym sessions at a distance, we recommend a pool with a water level of around 120 centimetres, the ideal height for perfect movement.
It’s best to install your viewing support, computer, screen or tablet in such a way as to avoid glare or reflections. The sound must be perfect, and the use of waterproof headphones can help you concentrate without disturbing those around you.
Then all you have to do is follow the instructions of our online instructors who, in a 12-minute session, give you access to tailor-made exercises that you can personalize according to your level, your preferences for working at home or the benefits you’re looking for.

What are the tips for a successful session?
- Ideal water depth: 1.20 m (depending on your size).
- For best visibility: install your screen or tablet in a glare-free position, ideally on a suitable stand.
- For optimal listening: use a portable waterproof speaker or waterproof Bluetooth mp3 headphones.
